Crystal Bay Casino in Crystal Bay, NV is seeking a full-time Slot Manager to lead slot floor operations, optimize machine performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee a team, drive revenue, ensure compliance, and manage slot assets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of casino slot operations experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong analytics, and knowledge of Nevada gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of casino slot operations experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of slot analytics and revenue optimization.
• Knowledge of Nevada gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily slot floor operations to ensure optimal machine uptime and performance.
• Analyze slot performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute slot marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Manage slot mix, including new game selection, conversions, and removals.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop slot department staff.
• Set performance expectations and uphold service and operational standards.
• Foster integrity, teamwork, and guest-first service.
• Ensure high guest service on the slot floor.
• Resolve disputes, jackpots, and service issues professionally.
• Build relationships with key players and VIP guests with player development.
• Maintain strict adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Maintain records related to jackpots, fills, and machine audits.
• Collaborate with compliance and finance teams on reporting accuracy.
• Oversee slot machine maintenance and coordinate repairs and upgrades.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging games.
