Job summary

Crystal Bay Casino in Crystal Bay, NV is seeking a Slot Manager to lead slot floor operations and drive guest satisfaction.

The role requires overseeing performance, team leadership, compliance with Nevada gaming regulations, and collaboration with other departments to optimize revenue and guest experience. On-site, night and weekend coverage is required with a strong focus on integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of casino slot operations experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of slot analytics, performance metrics, and revenue optimization.
• Knowledge of Nevada gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with slot management systems L&W SDS, CMP and EBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily slot floor operations to ensure optimal machine uptime, placement, and performance.
• Analyze slot performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Partner with leadership team to develop and execute slot marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Manage slot mix, including new game selection, conversions, and removals.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop slot department team members.
• Set clear performance expectations and hold team accountable to service and operational standards.
• Foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, and guest-first service.
• Ensure strict adherence to gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records related to jackpots, fills, credits, and machine audits.
• Work closely with compliance and finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Oversee slot machine maintenance and coordinate with techs and vendors.
