Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Shift Manager to support the Slots department. You will assist the manager with hiring, scheduling and supervising slot staff during your shift, ensuring fair and legal play, and helping implement training and internal controls.

The role requires a Nevada gaming license, 21+ age, and at least five years of supervisory experience in casino gaming. You will work closely with management to maintain efficiency and service standards on shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to handle customer disputes in a professional and tactful manner.
• Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification, specifically a Nevada Gaming License.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and practices the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Manages the slot department during the assigned shift.
• Approves jackpot payouts and ensures all appropriate forms are completed.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations.
• Maintains good working relations with all levels of the organization.
