Fresca, LLC is seeking a Lead Slot Attendant to support the Slot department’s daily operations. You will lead by example, coordinate tasks, and ensure service standards while addressing guest needs on the casino floor.

The role emphasizes effective communication, problem solving, and adherence to gaming regulations. Candidates should be 21+ with slot experience and strong teamwork skills.

• 1 year of slot operations experience.

Mansioni

• Assist with training and serve as a resource to team members to support performance, engagement, and adherence to company standards.
• Support daily operations by monitoring work areas, guest interactions, and service flow for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Serve as a shift lead and escalation point for resolving basic team member or guest concerns, referring complex issues to management as needed.
• Monitor assigned slot section(s), respond to service calls, process jackpots, and perform minor machine repairs.
• Ensure accuracy and accountability in voucher fills, printer refills, counterfeit bill inspection, and jackpot data entry.
• Maintain professional and friendly interactions while assisting guests and team members on the casino floor.
• Communicate effectively with slot attendants and other departments via radio to ensure smooth shift transitions and service coordination.
• Coordinate with Casino Operations and Security to report irregularities, suspicious behavior, or incidents requiring management attention.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned
