• Monitor and support daily operations to align with standards and guest satisfaction
• Serve as point of contact for resolving concerns and escalate to leadership
• Approve jackpots and fills in compliance with internal controls
• Supervise slot floor personnel to ensure consistent service and policy adherence
• Collaborate with Slot Manager on training, scheduling, and performance management
