Qualifications

• 1 year of slot operations experience.

• Access to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and serve as a resource to team members.
• Support daily operations by monitoring work areas and service flow.
• Serve as a shift lead and escalation point for concerns.
• Monitor slot sections, respond to service calls, and handle jackpots.
• Ensure accuracy in voucher fills, printer refills, and data entry.
• Maintain professional interactions with guests and team members.
• Communicate with slot attendants and other departments to coordinate shifts.
• Report irregularities to Casino Operations and Security.
• Comply with gaming laws and internal controls.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner.
