Arizona Charlie's Decatur in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Assistant Slot Manager to support daily slot operations and supervise floor staff. The role requires maintaining guest service standards and compliance with gaming regulations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, training, and coordinating with the Slot Manager on evaluations and staffing. A minimum of two years in slot operations with leadership is expected, along with strong communication skills and the ability to handle fast-paced

Qualifications

Two years of Slot Operations experience, with leadership or progressive responsibility.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support training and guest service.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Assist in scheduling, coaching, and supervising slot staff to maintain performance and service consistency.
Monitor daily operations to align with standards, safety, and guest satisfaction goals.
Resolve team or guest concerns and escalate when needed to leadership.
Approve jackpots and fills within internal controls and procedures.
Collaborate with Slot Manager on training, evaluations, and staffing needs.
