Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 month cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
• Comfort in operational computer skills for cash handling systems.
• Integrity, teamwork and customer service focus.
• The ability to maintain composure during times of uncertainty.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the assigned area is neat and clean.
• Monitor slot equipment to maintain proper use and maintenance.
• Greet players and assist within program guidelines to encourage return visits.
• Monitor and pay jackpots.
• Monitor and help maintain all change machines.
• Handle guest complaints and disputes fairly and with the hotel's interests in mind.
