Qualifications

• Provide authorizing/verifying signatures for jackpot payments, when applicable, per procedures.
• Assist with service calls in accordance with procedures.
• Notify Slot Technicians if any technical issues arise.
• Manage team expectations, ensuring compliance with department and company policies including coaching and discipline sessions.
• Ensure disciplinary notices and performance notices are complete, on time and accurate.
• Manage, organize, and complete assigned projects with attention to detail within deadlines.
• Maintain inventory and security of equipment and keys during shift.
• Protect confidentiality of company files and documents under control.
• Communicate professionally in English, both orally and in writing.
• Possess knowledge of various slot machines, their functions, malfunctions, and payout schedules.
• Maintain security of games, money, and employees.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, especially Slot players, and resolve disputes to achieve satisfaction.
• Research and resolve guest and employee issues effectively and professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Slot operating systems.

Job Summary:

Physical Requirements
