Job summary

Catawba-Two-Kings-Casino is seeking a Cage Supervisor to oversee the cage department on a shift basis, supervising staff, maintaining cash banks, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. You will also monitor main bank activities and assist as needed.

You will train and guide team members, resolve guest issues, and ensure compliance with CTR and SARC procedures while coordinating with other departments as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; or related experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience and/or 2-4 years customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain Gaming License and comply with casino regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cage, main bank, and staff to ensure guests have an enjoyable gaming experience.
• Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money bank; investigate variances.
• Monitor ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Work as cashier and/or in main bank as needed.
• Provide support, guidance, and daily supervision to Cage department staff.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Ensure CTR and SARC procedures are followed and proper reporting completed.
• Communicate professionally with IT, Security, HR, and Surveillance as required.
