Job summary

Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers, promote guest safety, and enforce policy across the property. You will report to the Security Manager and handle scheduling, incident response, and liaison with emergency services as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid gaming license, CPR/AED certification, and at least one year in security. A 21+ age minimum applies and flexible scheduling including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree in criminal justice or related field preferred.
• One year experience as a Security Officer required.
• CPR/AED certification required (training within 90 days on the job).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Security Officers on shift.
• Provide excellent service to guests and handle complaints.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with security and surveillance teams.
• Perform daily officer scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
