Job summary

Rolling Hills Casino in Corning, CA is seeking a front-line Guest Services Associate to deliver high-quality service to every guest. You will handle cash transactions, assist guests with concerns, and help maintain a welcoming gaming floor.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends; knowledge of slot machine operations is a plus and prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of slot machine functions preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and provide excellent guest service.
• Ability to work any shift including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to all guests.
• Ensure guests’ needs are met in a timely manner.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and disputes.
• Authorize and pay jackpots for specified levels.
• Perform ticket fills on slot machines and assist with repairs requests.
• Monitor and correct minor machine malfunctions and change ticket paper.
• Maintain cleanliness of gaming floor in assigned area.
• Comply with company policies, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Title 31.
