Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic understanding of gaming rules and regulations.
• Basic Math.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer gaming machine questions regarding gameplay and pay lines.
• Investigate and resolve basic bill validator and ticket printer issues.
• Exchange large bills for smaller ones on guest request.
• Process manual Jackpot payments per policy.
• Promote Players Club and casino promotions as needed.
• Take photos of jackpot winners as necessary.
• Assist guests and team members while following policies and procedures.
• Complete daily tasks promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to address recurring problems.
• Diagnose and resolve common technical issues.
