Job summary

Rolling Hills Casino in Corning, CA is seeking a front-line guest services associate to provide high quality customer service to all guests on the casino floor. This role includes cash handling, assisting with slot machines, and resolving guest inquiries.

Minimum 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED, cash handling and customer service experience required. Ability to work various shifts and weekends; slot machine knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of slot machine functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality customer service in the execution of all tasks and responsibilities.
• Ensures all guests’ needs are met in a timely manner.
• Makes change for customers.
• Assists in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
• Authorizes and pays jackpots for specified levels.
• Performs tickets fills on slot machines.
• Investigates player complaints and machine malfunctions.
• Assists all customers as needed.
• Always uses proper skills when dealing with guests.
• Monitors and corrects minor machine malfunctions, including changing ticket paper.
• Answers all calls for repairs in assigned area.
• Helps maintain cleanliness of gaming floor in the assigned area.
• Must learn, comprehend and comply with all Company policies and procedures, MICS, Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements.
• Working hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.
• Other duties as assigned.
