You will circulate the gaming floor, observe machine status, assist with minor repairs, handle cash exchanges, ensure accurate jackpot payouts, and comply with cash reporting and safety requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with cash handling preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Outstanding Customer Service Relations.
• Displays courteous and helpful attitude with the public and builds relationships.
• Promotes company marketing events and answers guest questions.
• Circulates the area, observes players and machine operations.
• Performs minor machine repairs and e-ticket paper fills.
• Logs VLT machines not working and ensures cash exchanges are handled.
• Ensures federal cash reporting requirements are met and documents jackpots.
• Counts and verifies exchanges with cage department and customers.
• Reports safety hazards or disruptive guests to a supervisor.
• Maintains communication with team to ensure controlled VLT floor operation.
• Adheres to Delaware Park policies and procedures.
