Bar Down Tavern at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Breckenridge, CO, seeks a friendly server for a seasonal, part-time role. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks and meals, ensuring a smooth, mountain-friendly dining experience with varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a high-volume setting, are 18+, and are ready to obtain Colorado Responsible Alcohol Training within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
• Clear, professional communication with guests and team members.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay requests to kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly with proper presentation.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist with extra utensils or refills.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Assist with setup, resets, and breakdowns of dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service stations.
• Process payments and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Complete required certifications (Colorado Responsible Alcohol Training within 30 days).
• Uphold resort appearance standards (uniform, name badge).
• Attend training sessions and meetings for menus and policies.
• Assist during peak times or with special events.
