Job summary

Gravity Haus is hiring a server in Breckenridge, CO, seeking someone who can deliver elevated service with a friendly, adventure-loving spirit. You will know the menu, anticipate guest needs, and collaborate with bar, kitchen, and host teams to ensure seamless service flow.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality passion, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Current food handler's permit and alcohol service certification are required or obtainable on hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, full-service or upscale casual restaurant.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfort working nights, weekends and holidays.
• Current food handler's permit and alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Proactive, team-first attitude and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, elevated service with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Demonstrate full menu knowledge to make recommendations and enhance guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and host teams for seamless service flow.
• Accurately input orders, process payments, and balance transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain table cleanliness and setup/breakdown standards before, during, and after service.
• Support the team during events, private dining, and member functions.
• Uphold Gravity Haus standards for sustainability, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Promote Gravity Haus memberships, experiences, and programming authentically.
