Breckenridge Grand Vacations, LLC is seeking skilled Bartenders for Bar Down at The Grand Lodge. This seasonal, part-time, non-exempt role offers a fast-paced, social environment with opportunities to craft beverages and create memorable guest experiences in a ski town setting.

The position requires 2+ years of bartending, Colorado certification within 30 days, and strong cash handling and POS skills. Schedule includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of bartending or beverage service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain Colorado Responsible Alcohol Beverage Vendor Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, timekeeping software).
• Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in variable temperatures (including outdoor cold).
• Exceptional customer service with ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and prepare accurate beverage and occasional food orders with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Enforce liquor policies and Colorado laws.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain stocked bar, inventory levels, and supplies.
• Track deliveries and manage orders with vendors.
• Follow cash-handling procedures and tip reporting.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, events, and resort teams.
