Job summary

Rotary-System in Ramsey, MN is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. You will assemble complex mechanical and electrical components into finished systems, using hand and power tools, following blueprints and wiring diagrams in a climate-controlled facility.

This hands-on role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, plus the ability to read drawings and schematics.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience or related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies for functionality and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues with engineering and quality teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
  • Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly using hand and power tools

  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in collaboration with engineering and quality teams
