Houchens Food Group is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly ordering experiences that delight guests.

The Shift Manager will display exemplary professional and positive attitudes at all times. The Shift Manager is expected to perform each task in the restaurant and regularly help expedite food to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service. Shift Manager's assist the management team in meeting Company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant (Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours)


• Assist in counting out cash registers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
