Job summary

Houchens Food Group in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Shift Manager to provide fast, accurate, friendly ordering and high levels of guest satisfaction. You will assist in opening/closing, manage cash, and help the management team uphold standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisor or manager experience, strong communication, math and computer skills, and a professional, customer-oriented demeanor. Full-time position with benefits after probation.

The Shift Manager is expected to perform each task in the restaurant and regularly help expedite food to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service. Shift Manager’s assist the management team in meeting Company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation.
