Houchens Food Group is seeking a Shift Manager in Mount Juliet, TN to lead daily guest service operations and support the management team in delivering quality food, service, and sanitation. You will empower teams to provide fast, friendly, and accurate ordering experiences that leave guests satisfied.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and a professional, positive attitude to maintain high standards of guest and associate satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate well.
• Proficient math skills and comfort with numbers.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrates maturity and professional demeanor at all times.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant (flexible schedule).
• Assist in counting out cash registers.
• Assist in stocking shelves with inventory and product.

The Shift Manager will display exemplary professional and positive attitudes at all times. The Shift Manager is expected to perform each task in the restaurant and regularly help expedite food to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service. Shift Manager’s assist the management team in meeting Company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation.
