Job summary

Slim Chickens is seeking a Shift Manager in Okeechobee, FL to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure fast, friendly service for guests.

You’ll supervise team members, assist with opening/closing, manage inventory, and uphold quality and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment. Prior supervisory experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant. (Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours)
• Assist in stocking shelves with inventory and product.
• Expedite food for guests.
• Follow directions of management.
• Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Comply with state and federal laws governing safety and food handling.

Work Condition Requirements

• Periods of standing and walking, as necessary.
• Frequent contact with guests, requiring tact and courtesy.
