Sleep Number is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to connect with customers in our store and help them discover Sleep Number products that fit their sleep needs.

You will explain product benefits, promotions, and personalized experiences, driving satisfaction and helping you exceed sales goals. You’ll also nurture prospects, maintain the showroom, and participate in ongoing training for skill growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
