Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a detail-oriented kit technician to support home sleep testing services in Cleveland, OH. You will sanitize and program SleepView monitors, assemble patient kits, and manage shipment logistics while safeguarding patient data.

The role emphasizes independent work, accuracy, and strong communication, with on-site duties and support for daily operations at Beacon Dx in Cleveland.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse kitting or shipping experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and handling patient data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive medical kits from patients and save study data into proprietary software.
• Sanitize, inspect, and program SleepView monitors for reuse per FDA guidelines.
• Assemble and prepare patient kits for shipment to homes.
• Handle incoming/outgoing packages and restock supplies.
• Prepare SleepView Direct area for kit assembly and track inventory.
• Support day-to-day office operations and data entry into cloud software.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and PHI across systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
