The Sleep Test Specialist role focuses on ensuring patients complete tests quickly and easily, tracking conversion and completion metrics, and refining the patient journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service, administrative, or engagement-focused role.
• Experience in healthcare or DTC is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Engage: Communicate with patients via phone, email, and SMS to guide them through completing sleep tests.
• Motivate: Develop strategies to encourage timely test completion.
• Track: Monitor progress and analyze completion metrics to refine engagement.
• Assist: Provide administrative support, data entry, scheduling, and documentation.
• Collaborate: Work with support, clinical, and marketing teams to align messaging.
• Optimize: Gather feedback and suggest improvements to the sleep test process.
