Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; RPSGT preferred.
• Two years of college or equivalent or 1–2 years experience in polysomnography preferred.
• Current CPR or BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews history, physicals, medications, procedure requests, and study protocol.
• Calibrates, maintains, and troubleshoots equipment; analyzes data during recordings.
• Explains test procedures and orients patients using age-appropriate guidelines.
• Performs data acquisition and ensures artifact-free signals.
• Assist with scoring sleep/wake stages and events per AASM standards.
