Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist II to perform comprehensive sleep testing and data analysis under supervision. This role supports education for new technologists and trainees and may assist with administrative tasks within the sleep center.

The ideal candidate holds RPSGT or R. EEG T credentials, CPR/BLS, and has experience in polysomnography with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• RPSGT credential required or R. EEG T credential required.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Two years of college or 3-5 years experience in polysomnography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scores sleep/wake stages and clinical events per AASM standards.
• Generates accurate reports from sleep study data.
• Maintains sleep study equipment and inventory.
• Participates in quality assurance and education of staff.
