Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking an experienced RPSGT or RT to work a night shift at Lewi-Gale in Salem, VA. This full-time role runs from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM with competitive hourly rates based on experience and patient load.

The position supports sleep laboratory management services, partnering with hospitals and practices to identify, test, diagnose, treat, and manage care for sleep disorders.

Qualifications

• Virginia license required by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sleep tests and collect data.
• Prepare equipment, record activities, and analyze results.
• Follow polysomnographic procedures including electrodes, sensors, calibration, and mask fittings.
• Score clinical events and tabulate data for review.

Pivotal Health is seeking an experienced RPSGTs or RTs to work at Lewi-Gale located in Salem, VA. This position will provide sleep services on a Full time basis from 8:00PM-6:00AM. Competitive hourly rates available, depending on experience and patient ratio.

Pivotal Health is a leading provider of sleep laboratory management services and sleep therapy. Pivotal Health partners with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment and long-term care management of patients with sleep disorders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating tests and collecting data
• Responsible for preparing equipment, recording activities, and analyzing results
• Responsible for following proper polysomnographic procedures including the use of electrodes, sensors, calibration of equipment, and fitting of airway pressure masks
• Analysis (scoring) of clinical events, such as respiratory and cardiac episodes, and tabulation of final data to be submitted for further review
• Required compliance with regulations and laws concerning safety control

Job Requirements:

• Must have a Virginia Department of Health Professions State License
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program
• Certified by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist "RPSGT" or certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Vaccination and immunization records or titers may required
