Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed accredited polysomnography program.
• Current RPSGT credential and/or CRT/RRT license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to work overnight schedules.
• Immunizations and health clearances as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct overnight polysomnographic sleep studies per AASM standards.
• Prepare patients and explain study procedures.
• Apply electrodes and monitor signal quality.
• Operate and troubleshoot sleep diagnostic equipment.
• Perform PAP mask fittings and titration studies.
• Monitor and document sleep-related events.
• Score sleep studies for physician interpretation.
• Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver patient-centered care throughout testing.

What You'll Do

• Conduct overnight polysomnographic sleep studies in accordance with AASM standards
• Prepare patients for testing and explain study procedures
• Apply electrodes and monitoring equipment and verify signal quality
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot sleep diagnostic equipment
• Perform PAP mask fittings and titration studies as appropriate
• Monitor and document sleep‑related physiological events
• Analyze and score sleep studies for physician interpretation
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care throughout the testing process

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography Program
• Current RPSGT credential and/or CRT/RRT license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Ability to work overnight schedules
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Required immunizations and health clearances

Preferred

• Previous sleep laboratory experience
• Knowledge of AASM standards and best practices
• Strong technical troubleshooting and documentation skills

Schedule

Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• Full-Time
• Part-Time
• PRN

Typically scheduled 3-4 overnight shifts per week.

Compensation

Starting at $40+/hour DOE

Compensation is based on credentials, experience, qualifications, and overall sleep medicine experience.
