Job summary

Pivotal Health, formerly known as Medbridge Healthcare, is seeking a Full Time experienced RPSGT or RT to work in our Midtown lab in MD. The position will provide sleep services 3-4 nights per week from 8:00PM-6:00AM.

Competitive hourly rates available, depending on experience. Responsibilities include facilitating tests, collecting data, preparing equipment, recording activities, and analyzing results per polysomnographic procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program preferred.
  • Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as an RPSGT and MD state license required.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate tests and collect data.
  • Prepare equipment, record activities, and analyze results.
  • Follow polysomnographic procedures including electrodes, sensors, calibration, and fitting of airway masks.
  • Analyze (score) clinical events and tabulate final data for review.
  • Comply with safety regulations and laws.

Education

High school diploma

Pivotal Health, formerly known as Medbridge Healthcare, is seeking a Full Time experienced RPSGT or RT to work in our Midtown lab in MD. The position will provide sleep services 3-4 nights per week from 8:00PM-6:00AM. Competitive hourly rates available, depending on experience.

Pivotal Health is a leading provider of sleep laboratory management services and sleep therapy. Pivotal Healthpartners with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment and long-term care management of patients with sleep disorders.

Responsibilities will include:
  • facilitating tests and collecting data
  • responsible for preparing equipment, recording activities, and analyzing results
  • responsible for following proper polysomnographic procedures including the use of electrodes, sensors, calibration of equipment, and fitting of airway pressure masks
  • analysis (scoring) of clinical events, such as respiratory and cardiac episodes, and tabulation of final data to be submitted for further review
  • required compliance with regulations and laws concerning safety control
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma required
  • Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program preferred
  • Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist "RPSGT" and/or Respiratory Therapist license(s) and MD State License required

Pay starts at 40 per hour and up DOE
