Job summary

Sleep Rx in Frederick, MD seeks a Sleep Technologist or Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or RRT with SDS for a full-time night shift. You will conduct diagnostic sleep studies, prepare equipment, and ensure patient safety.

Must hold RPSGT or SDS-certified RRT, with a current state licensure, and be available for nights 8:00 PM–6:00 AM; compensation is hourly, $35–$50, and benefits include health and dental insurance, 401(k), PTO.

Qualifications

• Certification as Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with SDS.
• Current state licensure in the United States.

Responsibilities

Sleep Technologist, Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist with SDS Certification

We are urgently seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with their SDS certification for a full-time night shift position in Frederick, MD.

This role involves providing sleep services to facilitate diagnostic testing and patient care.

Must be a RPSGT or a RRT with SDS to qualify for this position and have a current state licensure within the state you are applying.

Shift: Overnights 8:00 PM–6:00 AM

Pay Range: $35to $50 an hour, based on experience

Polysomnographic Technologist and Respiratory Therapist Job Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or higher required; completion of an accredited Polysomnography program required
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification
• Registered Respiratory Therapist with SDS certification
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• The ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally
• Vaccination and immunization records or titers may be required
• Authorization to work in the United States (E-Verify participation)
