Job summary

Sleep Rx in Salem, OH is seeking a qualified Sleep Technologist or Respiratory Therapist to join our overnight team. This full-time role requires RPSGT or SDS-certified RRT and an active Ohio state license.

Shift is 8:00 PM–6:00 AM, and you will provide polysomnographic testing and patient care to support diagnostic procedures. You will prepare and calibrate equipment, apply electrodes and masks, monitor study quality, score events, and document findings for physician review, while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program required.
• RPSGT certification or RRT with SDS certification required.
• Current BCLS certification.
• US work authorization (E-Verify)

Responsibilities

• Testing and data collection: Facilitate polysomnographic tests and collect accurate data.
• Equipment preparation: Calibrate equipment, apply electrodes, sensors, and airway pressure masks.
• Monitoring and recording: Record patient activity, monitor study quality, and document events.
• Data analysis: Score clinical events and tabulate data for physician review.
• Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and laboratory protocols.

Sleep Technologist, Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist with SDS Certification

We are urgently seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with their SDS certification for a full-time night shift position in Salem, OH.

This role involves providing sleep services to facilitate diagnostic testing and patient care.

* Must be a RPSGT or a RRT with SDS to qualify for this position and have a current state licensure within the state you are applying.

* Shift: Overnights 8:00 PM–6:00 AM

Pay Range: $30 to $40 an hour, based on experience

Polysomnographic Technologist and Respiratory Therapist Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or higher required; completion of an accredited Polysomnography program required
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification
• Registered Respiratory Therapist with SDS certification
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• The ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally
• Vaccination and immunization records or titers may be required
• Authorization to work in the United States (E-Verify participation)
