Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least six months of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be working toward the RPSGT credential and complete it within 18 months of hire.
• BLS Basic Life Support is preferred; required before patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develops competency and performs basics of polysomnographic testing under supervision.
• Assist with patient safety and therapeutic interventions during sleep studies.
• Follow sleep center protocols and workflows as proficiency grows.
• Coordinate scheduling, reminder calls, and track reschedules in the EMR.
• Report safety, equipment, or infection control issues to management.
