Job summary

Mercy seeks a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist to perform polysomnographic testing and analysis under physician supervision. You will ensure precise data collection, scoring, and reporting of sleep studies, while educating patients and upholding strict safety standards throughout the process.

Required is a high school diploma; a polysomnography program graduate is preferred, and RPSGT certification with BLS within 3 months of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited polysomnography program preferred.
• Licensure/certifications: RPSGT; BLS within 3 months of hire.
• Sleep tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing, analysis, and associated interventions under physician direction.
• Ensure accurate data collection, scoring, and reporting of sleep studies.
• Educate patients and maintain safety standards throughout diagnostic and therapeutic process.
