Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Sleep Technician II to assist sleep clinicians in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders. The role involves polysomnographic diagnostic testing and requires strong patient interaction skills. Ideal candidates will have one year of relevant experience and certifications such as RPSGT or BLS.

This position offers a competitive pay range of $28.61 to $42.92 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and a bonus program.

Formación

• One year of experience performing sleep disorders testing and therapeutic intervention.
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Educates and interacts with patients and their families during the course of care.
• Sets up and calibrates monitoring equipment.
• Performs patient set-up and monitors physiological responses during testing.
• Participates in evaluating changes in patient conditions and documenting them.
• Initiates and titrates therapy based on physician's orders.
• Builds relationships with multidisciplinary healthcare providers.
• Ensures compliance with AASM and CHCO standards.
