Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic system. With over 520 stores nationwide, you will guide shoppers through a personalized, low-pressure experience while meeting sales goals and contributing to a team‑oriented environment.

Expect to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, holidays and weekends, and to leverage tablets and mobile POS to close sales.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding solutions.
• Operate tablets and POS systems to complete sales.
• Demonstrate product features and explain the bedMATCH system.
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist with loading purchases into customers' vehicles.
