Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system, delivering a relaxed, educational shopping experience. With 520+ locations nationwide and over 35 years in business, we pride ourselves on service and growth.

The role requires evenings, most holidays and weekends, with a typical 4–5 day work week and 40–55 hours.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to select mattresses using bedMATCH system.
• Provide educational, low-pressure shopping experience.
• Load purchases into customers' vehicles when needed.
• Use tablets and POS for transactions and checkout.
