Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH system. With over 520 stores and 35+ years of experience, we are a USA family-owned retailer committed to quality sleep and exceptional service.

Typical schedule includes evenings, holidays, and weekends, with a 4-5 day work week totaling 40–55 hours. Lifting up to 75 pounds and using tablets/POS is common; bilingual skills are a plus in serving a diverse customer

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattress/bedding products using a proven selling process and the bedMATCH system.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and demonstrate product knowledge to improve sleep solutions.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
