Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will engage shoppers, explain features, and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Expect to work evenings, most holidays, and weekends with a typical 4–5 day schedule, totaling 40–55 hours per week. Bilingual abilities are a plus. We offer a robust compensation package and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMATCH system and a proven selling process.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto vehicles.
• Create a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience for customers.
