Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and guide shoppers to the right sleep solutions using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. Candidates should be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to work a 40–55 hour week.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset focused on helping customers
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish a plus
• Experience in sales or retail preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with showroom setup

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using the bedMATCH system
• Provide a low-pressure, educational shopping experience
• Sell premium mattress products and process purchases
• Load purchases onto customers' vehicles as needed
• Contribute to a high-energy, team-focused sales floor
