Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. With over 520 store locations nationwide and decades of experience, we provide premium mattresses and a customer-focused shopping experience using our bedMATCH diagnostic system.

You will guide customers through the selection, demonstrate features with state-of-the-art tablets and POS, work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends, lift up to 75 pounds, and help with loading purchases.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses and bedding using bedMATCH system.
• Provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience for customers.
• Operate tablets/POS and process transactions.
• Engage customers to understand needs and close sales.
