Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team at Chesapeake, VA. You will use the bedMATCH diagnostic system to help customers select the right mattress based on guidance from a proven selling process.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers during evenings and weekends, lifting up to 75 pounds, and helping customers load purchases. We offer robust pay with base pay or commission, plus a generous benefits package and paid training.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Customer-focused, able to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using the company selling process.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
