Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Dayville, CT is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends, with a 40–55 hour work week.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move showroom displays.
• Willingness to work evenings, most holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMATCH system and process transactions on POS tablets.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles and showroom resets.
• Provide an informative, low-pressure shopping experience focused on sleep solutions.
