Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and bedMatch diagnostic system, delivering an educational, low-pressure shopping experience.

We value bilingual abilities, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as part of a 4-5 day retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Availability for a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience to improve customers' lives with sleep solutions.
• Use of modern tech including tablets, mobile POS, and the bedMatch system.
• Team-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities
