Mattress Warehouse in Fayetteville, NC is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system and proven selling process.

Work includes evenings and weekends with a 40–55 hour work week, plus a robust compensation package (hourly wage or commission), PTO, healthcare, 401(k) matching, product discounts, and training in store technologies. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; you may lift up to 75 pounds to assist customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
