Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our store team. You will guide customers through the mattress selection using our bedMatch diagnostic system and deliver a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.

Formación

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto vehicles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using our bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Sell premium bedding products via a low-pressure, educational approach.
• Process transactions using tablets POS and other devices.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom floor and assist with loading merchandise.
