Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will sell premium mattress products using the bedMatch diagnostic system, guiding customers with personalized recommendations to improve sleep quality.

A customer‑first approach and strong communication are essential. We offer a dynamic, team-oriented environment with a schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and weekends, plus extensive training, product discounts, and generous growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Available to work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.
• Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure and educational shopping experience focused on sleep solutions.
• Use of tablets, mobile POS and the bedMatch system in selling process.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using bedMatch and other tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guidance.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and setting up showroom displays.
• Maintain and reset showroom floor as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
