Sleep Outfitters USA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding products using our bedMatch diagnostic system. Provide friendly, low-pressure service and guide buyers through the shopping journey in a busy store setting.

This role requires availability for evenings, most holidays, and weekends, with a physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds. You will support sales goals, operate POS tablets, and help maintain an engaging showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience preferred.
• Ability to explain product benefits clearly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
