Job summary

Mattress Warehouse USA is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to drive exceptional service and sales across our bedding lines. You will use our bedMatch diagnostic system and modern POS tools to guide customers toward the best mattress choices and complete transactions with care.

Ideal candidates are flexible, energetic, and customer-focused, capable of working evenings, weekends and holidays while supporting a team-oriented store environment and sharing in rewards and growth

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to work 40–55 hours per week.
• Customer-focused, energetic and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using the store's selling process and bedMatch system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to help customers find the right sleep solution.
• Use tablets and POS to assist transactions and gather customer information.
• Create a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience focused on improving sleep quality.
